姓名:李海蓉

						 李海蓉,女,汉族,甘肃省临洮县人,1993年7月参加工作,兰州大学微电子学与固体电子学专业毕业,研究生学历,博士学位,教授、硕士生导师。1989年9月至1993年6月,在兰州大学本科学习,专业为半导体物理与器件,获得学士学位。2002年9月至2004年6月在兰州大学上研究生(硕博连读)专业为微电子学与固体电子学,获得博士学位。1993年7月至1994年7月在兰州物理研究所真空室工作, 任助理工程师。1994年8月至1997年3月,在兰州金城科技有限公司产品技术部任工程师。1997年4月至2006年3月在兰州大学物理科学与技术学院任讲师。2006年4月至2013年4月,在兰州大学物理科学与技术学院任副教授;2013年5月至今,在兰州大学物理科学与技术学院任教授,硕士生导师。
