姓名:王倩

						王倩,出生于山西省运城市,2011年本科毕业于兰州大学物理科学与技术学院;2016年于兰州大学物理科学与技术学院取得博士学位;此后在陕西师范大学刘生忠教授课题组做博士后;2018年进入兰州大学物理科学与技术学院工作。主要研究方向为量子点材料的制备,应用及其性能研究。近年主持中国博士后科研基金1项,参与项目3项。迄今发表SCI论文40余篇,作为第一作者,共同一作或通讯作者在Joule, Nano Lett., Advanced Energy Materials, ACS Energy Letters, Advanced Science, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Advanced Materials Interfaces, Nanoscale等高水平能源/材料期刊发表SCI论文25篇。其中IF> 10的论文13篇。

						课题组成员:靳志文教授 (微电子与固体电子学硕导,材料工程硕导),王倩青年研究员 (微电子与固体电子学硕导,材料工程硕导)。

每年课题组拟招收微电子与固体电子学方向研究生1-2名(器件物理的研究,器件结构设计),材料科学与工程方向研究生1-2名(太阳能电池、光电二极管及光探测器的制备),本科生1-2名(低维半导体材料的合成及论文综述的撰写)。其中,器件物理研究方向的学生可能每年有两-三个月去中科院做器件物理测试。
