研究兴趣:我的研究工作集中在半导体薄膜的光电子性质探究和其在太阳能转换和存储中的应用-人工光合作用。具体研究内容包括:1. 采用反应溅射法或旋涂法制备高质量氧化物半导体薄膜;2. 同步辐射光谱技术结合DFT计算准确研究半导体能级结构及其对应的元素电子轨道组成;3. 光生载流子在半导体内部及其界面上的输运动力学;4. 半导体/电解液-固液结光电化学性能;5. 半导体光电化学分解水制氢以及二氧化碳还原制备化学燃料。
