姓名:刘奇明

						刘奇明,男,1985年3月生于甘肃兰州。现为兰州大学物理科学与技术学院电子材料研究所副教授。2008年毕业于兰州大学物理学国家基础科学人才培养基地,获理学学士学位;2011月获兰州大学凝聚态物理专业硕士学位;2011年10月获日本国文部省奖学金赴日本国立琦玉大学留学攻读博士学位;在日本从事博士后研究2年后回国任教,被兰州大学聘为副教授。2019年获中华人民共和国人社部“高层次留学人才”归国资助。


					

						刘奇明副教授主要从事半导体物理及光电器件方向的研究工作,具体有新型晶硅太阳能电池器件制备、半导体光电器件表面界面工程、透明导电聚合物材料开发改性等。
					
						目前讲授我院物理学专业电子器件与材料工程方向《半导体物理学》和专业硕士必修课《工程伦理》课程,另共同担任物理相关专业“近代物理实验”课程中“扫描隧道显微镜”、“黑体辐射”、“塞曼效应”和“激光拉曼光谱”实验的讲授教师。目前合作指导凝聚态物理专业、微电子和材料工程专业研究生5人。
